Accommodation

The AES Tyrol selected for the participants of the conference the following two hotels, located in a walking distance of the conference venue, and negotiated special arrangements:

• Hotel Motel One Innsbruck (www.motel-one.com) – The price of single room per night including breakfast is 127,50 Euro. There are no cancellation fees up to 8 weeks before arrival.
• Hotel Central Innsbruck (www.hotel-cafe-central.at/en/) – The price for a single room per night including breakfast is 152,- Euro. There are no cancellation fees up to 29 days before arrival.

The offer is valid for the nights of the 25th and of the 26th of September 2024.

The hotels will contact the registered participants individually per mail and ask in advance for indicating their credit card numbers.

The hotels, unfortunately, offered only a limited number of rooms (100 at Motel One, 20 at Hotel Central) at these prices. So, rooms will be awarded on a first come, first served basis. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that you fill in the online registration form as early as possible and by the 30th of May 2023 at the latest. After this deadline, please be informed that prices may change: The hotels will then only offer more rooms – if available – to their market price. After the deadline, you will need to contact hotels directly in order to ask about rates and availability.

However, of course each participant is free to book a room in a different hotel independently.
