We celebrate Apple Day
The 14th of November was Apple Day. That's why we spent a lot of time learning about apples in the Conigli class this week. We found out how many seeds they have, what they feel like, what they smell like, and that there are over 25,000 different varieties of apples!
We even made our own apple chips and got to taste apple juice and apple sauce. We also talked about how a tiny apple seed gradually grows into a big apple.
