Our school community is open to children and young people from Tyrol and the world. We are a place of encounter and respect for each other. Our values and aims are based on the model of the European Schools.

We support the learners in strengthening their confidence in their own cultural identity. This forms the basis for the development of European thinking and action.

We support our students in their personal, social, and academic development. Mutual interest and tolerance for each other are the basis for cooperation.

In addition to personal development, we are convinced that a solid general education is another central foundation stone for the future of our students. A wide range of subjects is offered, from languages to natural sciences and creative subjects.

We aim…

  • to give pupils confidence in their own cultural identity and thus provide a basis for their development as Europeans;
  • to provide them with a solid foundational education, built on a wide range of subjects from the beginning of primary school to university entrance level;
  • to achieve a high level of proficiency in their mother tongue as well as in foreign languages;
  • to promote knowledge in mathematics and in natural sciences throughout a learner’s school years;
  • to promote a European and global attitude in every field and in particular, in the human sciences;
  • to encourage creativity in music and the performing arts and to instil an appreciation of the great cultural heritage of European civilisation;
  • to develop sporting skills and encourage pupils to lead healthy lifestyles through participation in sporting and recreational activities;
  • to provide experienced counsellors to assist pupils in their choice of subjects and, in the final years of secondary education, in their choice of careers or studies;
  • To increase tolerance, cooperation, communication, and interest within and beyond the school community;
  • support students' personal, social, and academic development and prepare them for the next stage of their educational process;
  • to provide teaching for sustainable development within a cross-curricular approach in line with European and international documents.
